How to burn 150 calories?

Hey everyone! I'm just wondering if anyone can give me a quick 150 calorie workout. I've looked up a few things and one of the best things I'm seeing is to go for a 20 minute jog. My problem is, however, that my right hip flexor is injured from kick boxing and running/walking/etc. do not go over well. Another thing I read was to do 17 mins of vigorous circuit exercises like push-ups.
Can anyone give me an outline of a workout that will burn 150 calories, but won't be too hard on my hips?
I also have small weights (5-7-9 pounds, I think..?) and a few resistance bands, if that helps! Thank you guys so much! The MFP community is amazing!
Edit: I ended up doing Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. At around 170 pounds, I'm estimating that I burned around 200 calories.

Good job - I was going to suggest a short workout DVD, something on Netflix or download the Nike Training Club app if you've got a smart phone.0
