    I just moved back to the U.S. after 10 yrs overseas and I was shocked at how so many men and women in my age group look old! Old and Big! While I may not be in the shape I'd liketo be in; I'm making an effort to improve.

    30 (absolutely don't feel it at all!) and 31 in April (hard to believe!).

    However, I do remember reading:

    30 year old BEFORE: "There is no way I'm 30! I'm going to go out with my younger friends in their 20s..."

    30 year old AFTER: "Yup, I'm 30... I'm definitely 30!"

    And that's how I feel! LOL
