    wait til you see how awful people start to look in their 40's from not taking care of themselves while they were in the 30's (or 20's!) -- went to my 20th HS reunion in 2009 (I was 38) and WOW! That was depressing. I will never go to another one! **done crashing thread**

    if i wouldn't of quit lifting i would be 3 times my size now :(
    so i have a lot of making up to do
    don't ever let anyone stop you from doing what you want or else you'll regret it
    lets see what i can accomplish by the end of this year

    Just do it. No excuses. Do now the things you should to take care of yourself. It does not get easier as you get older. You are on the right track or you would not be here... You CAN get in shape in your 50s but it is a harder road... especially for you ladies. Keep doing what you are doing and stay in shape... It will make your aging years much easier.
