80 Calorie Chocolate Craving Cure!!!

Ladies, you know what I'm talking about! It's 9m and you're drooling over that bar of chocolate. Fortunately, I have created a solution.

Ingredients:
1/2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
about 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 packets Splenda
vanilla extract
cinnamon

Sorry I didn't measure the vanilla or cinnamon. And I added 2 packets of Splenda because I like really sweet things. Feel free to reduce it to 1 packet.

Simply mix all the ingredients (except for the Splenda) in a bowl and microwave for about 1 minute. Stir in the Splenda and enjoy. It tastes like creamy chocolate pudding!!!!
