sublements and meal replacement shakes

How do you know which sublements to take and does anyone know any good meal replacement shakes??

    I drink the BodybyVi shakes. You can make them into almost any flavor (I love to mix frozen mixed berries and some fat free yogurt into mine). I NEVER get full on any kind of meal replacement shake but BodybyVi fills me up and makes me actually not want food for a few hours.
