I really need advice and support. From when I was a little girl till 21 I was always thin and never worked out. If you read my old story when I got on medication. You will see that is where it all changed. I'm to heavy for my height. I'm 5'1" and I should be like 110 or 120 to be healthy, but I'm now 160. I lost 5 pounds, but I'm having some issues that I would like to talk to others about personally. Not here exactly. But my question is that if you never worked out ever and just start to at 27 years old and your 40 pounds over weight. Is working out going to be hard, because after I do even a short walk. No running...... Just walking and my back is killing me, and it is hard to breathe a little bit and my heart races. I think that is because for once my heart is bumping, which I need to do. That is the whole thing of working out, and I'm extremely out of shape. Please anyone just email me and help support me through this rough rough time. Thank you so much for reading.
