I'm taking online classes these coming semesters and I want to buy the best laptop that isn't really expensive. Something less than $400.00 since usually that would be less than what I make in two weeks time and then there's bills, transportion, ect.


What is the best laptops? I'm thinking HP

Where should I purchase it? I think Walmart has a sale or something going on now pertaining college student's, but not sure if it's the BEST choice to get

lastly, how do you feel about referbished laptops walmart carries in the online store?

    I got a Compaq from Walmart on Black Friday for 198. I just use it to browse the web and do my homework on. It's nothing fancy, and since it was so cheap we are okay with replacing it when we need to.

    Check with your school for deals. Also, many times the company will give you a student discount.
