EXERCISING

What are some some easy exercise that I can to burn calories that don't reqire equipment. Also what are some good dieting tips that work well. I tend to reach my calorie goal early in the day and I tend to be hungry at night. What ae some good foods to eat that are low calorie and filling.

    Running, lunges or steps will burn calories. I often get some encyclopedias and stack them up and do lots of step ups. With the internet now, they don't get much other use!

    I plan all my meals out in advance and have snacks like celery and cream cheese wedges, or baby carrots, or 100 calories of nuts pre packaged so if I need to go on a munchie rampage I don't go off my plan. For me this planning is what keeps me feeling good all day.
