I am fairly small person but I have one problem area... I would Aprreciate any information that could help me tone my thighs alot of people say squats are good but I really hate those. Thanks in advance:glasses:

Lose overall body fat and the stubborn fat will eventually trim down.

If you go to a gym, use the inner/outer thigh machine. It's good for that.0
