Problem Area

I am fairly small person but I have one problem area... I would Aprreciate any information that could help me tone my thighs alot of people say squats are good but I really hate those. Thanks in advance:glasses:

    Thats stuborn fat and thus is last to go.

    Lose overall body fat and the stubborn fat will eventually trim down.
    Do you have the proper numbers to lose weight?

    If you go to a gym, use the inner/outer thigh machine. It's good for that.
