Increase arm mass

how long would it take to gain 2 inches circumference in arm mass. Right now I'm about 14"

No one can put a time to it because everyone has a different genetic potental. For large framed/thick wristed folks, 2 inches might be a decent start to getting massive arms, but smaller frames/thin wrists, 2 inches might be the absolute most they can get after years of training.
Either way, 2 inches is a lot to gain on arms, so lift big, eat big, and give yourself time.
Biggest tip: Work on your triceps. They are make up 2/3s of your arm, and grow like weeds if you train them right. You could gain half an inch on your bicep while getting 1.5 inches in tricep to make your 2 inch goal much quicker than slaving away on endless curls.
