New to the site, mainly intrigued by seeing all the food/calories I have taken in.

Willing to add those that are trying to gain weight or strength, as I am in the bodybuilding/weightlifting/powerlifting category.

Also wondering what others think about my lifting stats(PR's), my goal is to gain weight since my weight is rather lower than what I want it to be.


Body Weight : 150 lbs
Height : 5' 9
BF : 9%


Squat : 3x5 --- 275 lbs
Deadlift : 1x5 --- 325 lbs
Bench : 3x5 --- 170 lbs
Power Cleans : 3x3 --- 170 lbs
Overhead Press : 3x5 --- 130 lbs
