Paleo and Quorn?

I know technically Quorn is not allowed, but I don't intend to have a 100% paleo diet - abstinence is no good for me, it makes me eat it in excess. SO I was wondering, as a treat, how would you rate Quorn products in the mostly-paleo? How far off the paleo spectrum is it? I know they're made out of mycoprotein which is a fungus, which should technically be okay (I mean, mushrooms are allowed!) As for the rest of the ingredients... they are relatively low in grain and sugar compared to other processed foods as far as I know. I'm really new to this so I could do with the help.

I'd like to know too, finding it difficult to get a lot of protein because I don't eat a lot of meat0
