Headache when dieting?

It's probably dehydration for me.0

For me its the lack of carbs. I drink coffee yes, 2 mugs in the morning, but sometimes I skip them and do not suffer withdrawl. The headache comes later in the day when I have been eating low complex carb. Example: having egg whites and veggies for breakfast, grilled chicken and salad for lunch, more chicken, a sweet potato and a veggie for dinner.
There is just not enough GRAIN in there for me to keep it up like that without getting headaches and dizziness. So I add a serving of triscuts with low fat cheese as a snack. Maybe brown rice with the dinner, that chicken at lunch in a whole wheat wrap, a whole wheat english muffin with the breakfast.
Oh not all in the same day, but if I do 2 of those things/options/snacks, it levels me and I don't get the headaches.0 -
Everyone is pretty much hitting it right on - increase water, decrease caffeine, and make sure you have enough potassium.0

It probably is from the caffeine, but do you get them from exercising ? I know that for me, with high blood pressure, even though it is controlled with meds, if I jump right into a hard workout without warming up and/or not cooling down, I get migraines.0
