30 day shred . how to log?

Hi All - I apologize as I'm sure this has been asked a million times. . . I am on level one day 2 of 30 day shred. . . how do I log it? I am sweating like mad when done and sore! I love it though!

    Congrats on staring. I just finished it today! I log it under circuit training.

    This is how I work it out; I saw this on another thread, apologies for not giving credit I can't remember who it was - but they found it on the 30 Day shred website or something? Not sure but;

    "3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out"

    So, for me

    3.267 x 140(lbs) ÷ 3 = 152 calories burnt per 20 min workout
