Workouts while recovering from calf strain

Hey y'all...I strained my calf muscle on Thursday during my typical beach run. The last two days, it's been very painful to walk or bend my leg (i.e. when I'm sitting down). So, I was wondering if anyone could help me come up with workouts to use while I'm recovering from my calf strain so that I can keep the rest of my body in shape! Thanks for all your help!
