SATURDAY MINI CHALLENGE BY A SUBSTITUTE

Looks like the challenges are only for the weekdays, so I'm thinking we could create one of our own till we get back to James' challenges on Monday.

How about six planks for at least 40 seconds, working toward 1 minute or more each? When I say 'plank' I mean: push up position (not modified), except your forearms are resting on the floor instead of your hands and you just hold the position for as long as you can.
