Alcoholic beverages

So it's hot as hell here and I want to have a few beer. I bought Molson 67, low call low carb beer. If I count the calories like anything else it shouldn't negatively affect my weight loss right? :drinker:

1:15am on a Sunday morning here and I am well into the red wine, I ain't counting nutting but sheep soon ;)

I suspect I will reach three sheep max.

Ditch the beer and move onto the wine is my best fat loss advice ;)

Alcohol will not affect weight loss, provided you don't go over calories because of it. Moderate alcohol consumption has also been shown to have benefits, like improved insulin sensitivity and improved cholesterol ratios. The key is just to not go overboard.
