Starting up again

hi everyone,

love fitness pal. was using another program, but find fitnesspal to be much more comprehensive. i weighted 204 at my heaviest and now down to 172. Had gotten below 170 but never managed to get under 160. my new goal is to get into the 150's in this next round and keep moving until my target weight around 130-135. I haven't seen numbers like that since I was in middle school. look forward to begin inspired and, hopefully, inspiring others.
