Hi,

I've been using another calorie website but finding that as an exerciser, it doesn't offer as much support / guidance as myfitness pal, so have decided to join here instead.

I have around 10.5lb to lose, and have done various calculations to work out what calories I should be eating. (TDEE-20%).

So, I'm starting tomorrow on approx 1800 calories everyday - thats with 5 exercise sessions a week.
