Hello All

I am 25 and live in VA. I've been in the Army 7 1/2 years and endured some medical issues. I had my fifth surgery a few months again on my ankle. There was a year period where I couldn’t do much of anything because of the ankle injury. I am getting better and need to drop the pounds. To get back to my pre-injury weight I need to drop 22 pounds but I want to get smaller than that. I want to drop 42 pounds and get toned up. I plan on starting the Insanity 60 program on Monday and if I have to I will do a second round of it. I find myself hungry all the time which was never the issue before but I never feel full unless I eat a lot of food now. Any suggestions for that? I plan tracking my progress so I will show a before and after with my transformation. Thanks for listening (: have a blessed day!!!!

    I find filling up on salad or stir fry veg keeps the hunger down and the calories low. I've sent you a friend request. All the very best :)
