anyone have experience with fiber gummies..do they help keeping full?

    I've taken them when I travel because they are so much more convenient than fiber supplements that need to be dissolved in water. I don't remember any feeling of fullness.

    fat makes me feel more full than fiber does.

    I think fiber gummies are probably great for general benefits like helping with cholesterol. But fullness is usually about plain-old volume. For that, vegetables are good because they bring fiber and take up a lot of space.

    For other people, fullness is about some type of nutrient deprivation, which spurs binging.

    I had a bottle. I ate almost the whole bottle one night after I took my ambien. I love gummies, and well...it seemed like a great idea at the time.

    I now just use the non-flavored powder to add to stuff, or just get fiber through veggies. hah

    Ambien + Fiber...wow...cannot even imagine
