need Help going on vacation!!

HELLO EVERY ONE,
as of today july 14 i have been on my diet 4 months I have lost 43 pounds, WANTING to hit my 50 pound mark by the time i went on vacation next month i am hoping i can do it i have 27 days to loose 7 pounds ! My help is this I am going to Disney World so yes I will be cheating in the World due to I will be walking around 5/6 hours out of the day but in case i fall into a slump I want to bring my scale with me in case I start to see weight coming on too much I can crunch back into my routine. I am flying from Chicago Illinois midway to Orlando International Airport carry on only, Do you think I will have a problem with bringing a scale and do you have any tips for me to enjoy my food but still eat? I already decided I will have only water and an occasional Diet while I am there any other suggestions thank you??
