TDEE and Exercise

I'm trying to understand these concepts. Does your TDEE factor in the calories that you burn from workouts everyday?

It does, yeah - based on what you claim you burn (if you say you work out 2x a week for 30 mins a time or whatever).

I ignore it, and eat about 1600cals a day no matter what I burn, but others eat back the exercise cals.
Both types lose weight, so it just depends on what works best for you.

TDEE factors in everything. So, if you eat back your exercise calories, you won't get anywhere. I like to use my BMR as my goal and let my exercise create my calorie deficit.
