Hello everyone! I'm thrilled to be on this site and so excited to be on this weight loss journey with you all! I am wondering if there is any way to figure out recipe nutritional information. I have some old recipes, many from weight watchers, for example with points values that I love to make and have no idea the nuturtional values. Do I have to do each ingredient individually (1/2 head cabbage, 1 pepper) individually and add them manually to create my recipe nutri info or is there some way I can type each ingredient and get a final total?
Thank you in advance for your help!!
