Homemade Coleslaw
This amount serves 4 people/4 portions
only 60 calories per serving
really tasty
>half small red onion
>100g/4oz red cabbage
>100g/4oz white cabbage
>1 medium carrot
>2tbsp of extra light mayo
>3tbsp low fat greek style
>half teaspoon of Dijon mustard
>1tbsp lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
>black pepper to season
finely slice all vegetables and great carrot, mix all ingrediants in the same bowl till all covered and mixed evenly.
keep refrigerated till ready to eat.
You dont have to put all ingrediants in but it really is nice.
