Hi there folks.
Just joined the site and getting to know my way around.
I'm looking to gain weight through muscle development and would love to hear your recommendations for food and exercise, etc. My food diary is open, so feel free to take a look and give me some advice.
Current weight: 143 lbs
Target weight: 160 or even 170 lbs.
