Any Good Exercise Shows on TV?

Hi. I haven't had cable in years and just got cable with a DVR. Question is do you know of any good exercise shows? There used to be exercise shows on the major stations, but I can't find any to record.
Do you have any recommendations? I have lots of at home videos, but am looking to shake things up a little without spending extra money.
