90 Day Slim Down For Life Challenge

I am starting a lifestyle change group for anyone who lacks motivation or is on the yo-yo wagon as it pertains to health, nutrition and fitness. Interacting with others is a great way to get the support and accountability you need to keep you moving toward your goals. The purpose of the group is to find an exercise program that works for you...something that you will stick to as well as tweak your daily food choices. We will check in with one another daily, cheer one another on and keep each
other accountable on the days we'd rather eat poorly or stay in bed! We will keep track of our own measurements and weight.

If you would like to join, reply to this post and send me a friend request. Once I have enough interest, I will form the group. I'd like for us all to begin July 30th at the latest.

    I am starting 30 Day shred today and other misc workouts.. I need motivation - I tend to motivate my self during the day then I get home and sit on my booty! - I'll try anything at this point!
