Did not get a workout in lastnight, but I did stay under my cals. I am in for the water challange today.
Not sure what my weekend hold with DH being off work because of his arm

    Is his arm broken? I hope it wasn't that major.

    I just stuck a pork roast and some sweet potatoes in the oven. Had to go help freshmen get their float going for the homecoming parade. After I eat, if it quits raining, I'm going to the football game at least long enough to watch the band at halftime. By then, I'm hoping my youngest daughter gets to town - she's driving from Kansas City for the weekend, and I'm excited. Have a good weekend!
