I am a mother to 3 wonderful kids. ages 12,4,2. and I have a wonderful Husband for 13 years. I have gained over 150 pounds in the 13 years that I have been married. I am GOING to shed this weight. I am doing small goals of 24 pounds every 12 weeks. with a total of 125 pounds that I want to shed. And I have a fitness goal to run up bleachers here that are a 100 steps to the top. I know that with the help of RL friends and all of you here I WILL DO THIS!
