    A tomato sandwinch isn't complete without some Duke's mayo and black pepper. If I have any kind of luncheon meat on a sandwinch, there has to be some mustard, preferably French's yellow mustard.

    When i'm cooking, I love spicy food so hot sauce is my condiment of choice. El Yucateco habanero is a favorite. Franks is pretty good, as well as Siracha and Tapatio. I've got a shaker bottle of dried, ground habaneros that I dust over things to spice it up.

    For chicken or pork, I make my own pineapple / habanero glaze that is really good. Sweet and spicy, it's also good on vanilla ice cream.

    Katsu sauce! I put it on grass-fed beef with Koshihikari sprouted brown rice.

    I have to say Cinnamon. It can change a reg. cup of coffee into a treat. Also laughing cow cheese( I do not miss reg. mayo as much when I use it) and Wish Bones lite Italian.
