I am learning that losing weight in my 50s has a different set of challenges than in my 30s. Just joined this site to use as a food & exercise tracker after losing 58 lbs. Love all the excitement & support on here.

I am determined to get healthy. Can't believe so many years has flown by with me carrying all this extra weight around. Now, my kids are grown & NOW is my time.

Any suggestions on how to lose weight with the hormonal / age factors into play?
