?? how do I tell how many calories are burned??

Does anyone know how many calories I should put under exercise for breast feeding. I know it burns calories , but not sure how many to put and for cardio, strength???? Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you :flowerforyou:

If you are feeding full time (baby is having only milk) it is 500 calories. Based on what I have read, if baby is also eating cereal or more it is 250 calories under cardio.0
