If walking is your thing and you have a smart phone then the good news is that there are many good pedometer apps that you can use to track how mnay steps you have taken throughout the day and also how many caolories you burn. many of these apps are very efficient but I found one that I really Like. It called acupedo i don't if apple has it but I know for sure it is available for android users. I realized that I was burning up to three hundred carories. Its a workout you dont have to think abiut because most people spend a great amount of time walking. you can just stick you phone in your pocket and and not even think about working out.
