For dinner tonight, I made the Shrimp Po'boys featured in the July 2012 issue of Cooking Light magazine. I made it exactly as the recipe stated, except I used Hellman's light mayo instead of canola mayo. This was SO tasty, and had a nice spicy kick. I highly recommend them!
