Different daily exercise plans like insanity and turbo fire.

Im just looking for different options to do starting from the easier not easy but you know ones easier for the bigger girl and then get onto the harder ones. Please give me some advice. Many thanks Hazel.

    I like hip hop abs and melt it off is good to start with.
  • Dont start off with Turbo Fire. It is VERY difficult. I started that at 200 lbs and it is just brutal. Mainly because its mainly cardio and the moves are very hard to keep up with. I would start with Turbo Jam instead. I also did Insanity several years ago and started that at 180lbs. I loved it but it is the same style, idea and difficult as Jillian's Body Revolution.
