Friends for 40s mom - swimmer/runner

Hi All,

I started on MFP in February and lost 8 pounds fairly quickly. I only have a total of about 12 to lose. In the last 2 or 3 months, I've gained back about 5. I've been doing great exercise-wise - swimming or running about 5 or 6 days a week. But I'm consuming way more calories than I'm burning.

Started clocking food again yesterday and I'm determined to lose back the five pounds I gained by the end of the summer.

I'm already considered a normal BMI - but I'm edging up closer to overweight territory and would like to eventually lose the total of 12-15 lbs that would put me right smack in the middle (or lower middle) of normal BMI range.

Had a bunch of friends at the beginning of this journey but most have stopped logging. Would really like some friends in the same boat as me - mid 40s, pretty active, not a lot to lose.

    Hello add me to your friend list sounds like we are in the similar situation... I began MFP in april dropped off and back again this month.. Sharon
