Asian Ginger Broccoli Slaw

Asian Ginger Broccoli Slaw (Serves 6)

Ingredients:
Eat Smart - Brocolli Slaw, 1 container (9 oz ea.)
Red Onion - Raw, 0.1 Whole Small
Publix Brand - Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 TBSP (15 ml)
Sugar - White Granulated Sugar, 3 teaspoons
Boathouse Farms - Olive Oil Vinaigrette - Asian Ginger, 3 TBSP
Publix Greenwise - Roasted & Salted Pumpkin Seeds, 1/2 cup
Diamond of California - Sliced Almonds, 3/4 cup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place sliced almonds on a baking sheet and toast 10 minutes or until slightly browned
Empty bag of slaw into a medium salad bowl. Slice red onion and add to slaw. Sprinkle with 3 TSB white sugar, 2TBLS vinegar, 3TBLS dressing. Mix well. Fold in toasted almonds and pumpkin seeds.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve cold.
