For Gainers-High Protein Banana Cinnamon Bread Pudding

If you're looking for a low calorie snack, hit the back button. This is for lovers of banana bread pudding who are on the quest to gain lean muscle and love desserts that satisfy like a meal.
High-Protein Banana Cinnamon Bread Pudding
Calories: 465
Carbs: 54g
Sugars: 14g
Protein: 33g

Note: I mixed everything with a spoon after taking that picture - I just wanted to show the ingredients.
I use the whole fat Fage, not the fat-free or 2%. The other two just don't make it thick enough for my taste. Plus, I'm not scared of 8g of dairy fat.
You can use vanilla-flavored protein powder if you like. The Trutein CinnaBun I used sorta tastes like the dough of a cinnabun which is really yummy and compliments the cinnamon raisin Morning Round. I used half a scoop, actually which is about 12g of protein.
I broke apart 1/2 a Morning Round and tossed it in there. If you use the whole bun, its double the nutritional info.
Also, I tend to make hazelnut crumbs but was lazy and just tossed a few in.
