alternate cardio

Hey all I am new to myfitnesspal and I'm excited to be able to share and receive tips from other people about diets and workouts. My question is about cardio, I have bad knees so I'm only able to run a few days a week. Cardio is a big part of my workout regimen so what are some alternatives to running that don't require gym equipment? Thanks in advance!

Walking, swimming, biking...
Oh, and there's tons of DVD choices, but I don't do them so I don't have any opinions on which ones are good.0 -
