Hello

Hello, I'm Jessica, nineteen years-old and living in Australia. I joined MFP yesterday after a friend blogged about the site which made me determined in losing weight. I was on Jenny Craig for most of 2011, where I lost about 15kg, but I decided to stop the program from not doing enough exercise. After that until probably the start of February 2012, I did a program where you ate protein only for one day, veggies and fruit with protein for the next five days and then had a free day on your seventh day. I really enjoyed that, however, I rarely exercised so I stopped that program.

It's been five months since then and I'm determined to stick to a healthy diet this time round and NOT GIVING UP! I weigh 95kg (209lbs) and want to lose around 40kg. I started having the 'FatBlaster Weight Loss Shake VLCD' today, which you have for breakfast and lunch (with a salad/soup) and are really delicious! Right now I'm mostly going on long walks, using the stationary bike and going on the Wii Fit.

I've made a blog, http://beingmotivated.tumblr.com/ which will be about my weight loss journey and also posts about keeping motivated. I was looking at different fitspo blogs last night and they REALLY motivated me into wanting to lose weight, so hopefully it'll help motivate others as well :)
