Yay! They fit!

I adore boots, but they've always been an enemy of mine because my ankles/calves never fit them. I had a pair that I really loved, and wore them even though I could only zip them halfway up (it was always hidden by jeans). But then when I gained more weight I had to stop wearing them altogether because I couldn't zip them up at all, and would fall a LOT if I tried to walk in them. Which may have been amusing to others, but definately not to me. :laugh:

Well, I'm going out next week to a place where I would really like a nicer pair of shoes, and so I decided to clean them up and just see if maybe anything had changed in the last 50 pounds.

They fit! And they zip all the way up! (They only reach a little bit above the ankle.)

Oh, and it's also my birthday today. :happy:

Happy Birthday! :flowerforyou: I wore my black riding boots on Tuesday (first day of Fall) and they also fit me! Those black riding boots would leave a "mark" on my calves and they didn't this week!! Wooohoooo! I myself lost 16.2 pounds and I have 6.8 pounds to go!!! (Eva doing a jig)

The ticker you see here running towards clothes and cash register? Well, hehehe! I don't need a new wardrobe as all my size 8 clothes that were hidden away deep, deep, inside my closet finally fit! Today is dress down day at work and I'm wearing my size 8 jeans, roper boots, a black top, and long sleeve blue jean shirt. I have been having alot of comments esp from the ladies on how "cute" my jeans look on me :happy: :happy: :happy:

PS: The wedding dress pictured there? It has to be taken IN!!!!!
