My name is Susan. I joined MFP on several acquaintances' recommendations. So far I am enjoying the tracking features, I am a little bit lost in the message boards though. lol
I have been a stay at home mom to four children, all of whom have flown the nest but one. We had our first grandchild in June. (That is her pic. )
I am about 86 lbs overweight. Surprisingly, I am reasonably flexible, strong, but my cardiovascular capacity needs improving.. My goal is to be healthier, fitter, slimmer, and able to run 5 miles on a daily basis as I did 12 years ago.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

    Hello,

    Use this site and it also has an app and log in everything....they also have an app. If you feel down go to the forums. You will get support.
