Military Obstacle Course

So, I just started working out about two weeks ago, and my husband's unit had their GI Jane day today. I went, and about killed myself, lol. Started with a run, then a 2 mile ruck march, then the obstacle course, shooting range, and then the jump tower. I am DEAD but it was great.
Now, my problem: how do I input the approximately 6 hours of getting my rear kicked into the exercise log? Other than the jog and the march, of course. I have no idea how many calories were burned/what kind of exercise it'd be classified as/etc, but I bet it was pretty epic.
