Well, one of my friends just called and wants us to go out to dinner with them tonight. I worked out in the yard for today and earned 400 calories, but that's all I have left for the day. I am not a big salad person, and I prefer to get "real" food when I go out. :laugh: SO I already know I'm going to blow this day. :ohwell: I'll start over again tomorrow. I am not eating that great today anyway. Who knows? I might surprise myself and get a salad. LOL

  • well where are u planning on going??? u can find a dish for 400 cals.. Chicken, Fish and veggies etc..

    I don't know where we are going just yet, but when I do I'm going to look up nutrition facts on the net!

    Sometimes it's good to splurge and go over once in a while, have some food you don't normally have. If you try to avoid all the food you used to love forever your diet will probably fail cause you won't like it. Cut yourself some slack and remember, one day isn't going to kill your diet! (I had ice cream last weekend with some friends :flowerforyou: )
  • well... you could do 30 minutes of jumping jacks and earn a whole bunch more food!

    FYI - Applebee's has some VERY good Weight Watchers meals with 250-400 cals for the whole meal!
