Hello!
I am a 25 year old from York, England, looking to slim down and get fitter. I began a sedantary office job last year and, while I have never been a slim girl and I love my food (good, bad, junk, it's all good!) I found that my work is making me not only eat more but become increasingly lazy and unfit.
So here I am! I want to feel better about myself as I have some (well hidden but still there) self esteem issues so I figure I should try this.
I am a motivational nightmare and I work much better with encouragement/peer pressure behind me, so if anyone wants to add me as a friend please do so.
At the moment I am trying my best to eat a bit more healthily (but not succeeding so far) and to supplement this with fitness DVDs such as 10 minute solution, some yoga and the dreaded 30 day shred. I also do quite a bit of walking when I can so I supplement with that.
Anyway I've rambled enough. This was only meant to a be a hello!
