I do 90 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week strength train monday wednesday and friday, do core workouts on tuesday and thursday and zigzag my calorie intake from week to week.0 -

Thats a really common question, basically zigzagging is just a predetermined adjustment in your caloric intake on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis. I for example exercise the same amount from week to week but one week I will eat back the exercise calories and one week I wont. You do this so that your body doesnt get used to a certain eating habbit. Thus keeping your matabolism burning faster.0 -
