Struggling to work hard at the gym

I find it so hard to get to the gym; mainly because my schedule is really irregular and I can't shake this feeling that if I'm not there going hard for an hour every day it's just not worth it.
I know this isn't true, but how do I get past the mental block, this feeling that I have that is holding me back?

If you go intense enough, even a half hour will do.
All my cardio sessions at the gym are a half hour or less.. and my strength training between 30-45 minutes.0 -
Time =/= Effort.0
