It's a DVD put out by Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser. It has 3 levels, all roughly 30 min each. The idea is to do each level for 10 days and move up!0

The 30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michael's (Trainer from the tv show Biggest Loser) workout DVD that has 3 different levels of workouts on it that you perform for 30 days. Most ppl do each level 10 days each. Hope that helps
