1/3 red or yellow onion finely chopped
2-3 tbsp quality olive oil
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 small hot pepper
basil to taste
1/2 jar of tomato puree(passato)
salt and pepper to taste
parmiggiano to taste
1 package of Pc - Traditional Bronze Cut Fettucce or any quality pasta

just before you toss in the pasta to the rolling boil of water to cook.
in a skillet
Saute onions and garlic, hot pepper in olive oil over medium heat
as the aroma intensifies, add your 1/2 jar of puree and lower heat so its just simmering

Add the pasta to the boling water(note to salt your water when it is boiling) when the pasta is ready, the sauce will be also. If you see the sauce getting too thick just add a little pasta water.

When the pasta is ready , strain it and toss it in with the sauce and add your chopped basil and Cheese
Buon Appetito. Don't forget a nice glass of wine.

Don't forget a nice glass of wine.

I am not a good cook.
I might just skip to the final ingredient.

Just kidding, thanks for the recipe!
